All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class delivery. Deliveries take up to 1 working day.

All prices vary on contents and size of parcel.

To see the prices, add the items to your basket, select the country and the shipping prices will be shown at the checkout before you commit to buying.

Worldwide orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard. Delivery dates vary depending on location.
Delivery from UK to Europe estimated 3-5 days
Delivery from UK to the Rest of the World estimated 5-7 days

RETURNS

I do not accept returns or offer refunds.

I only offer exchanges If you order the wrong size. As long as all nails are still in perfect condition, the file is unused and all the glue tabs are unused you can send them back and swap them for a different size!

Email my contact page as soon as you know so I can reserve a different size for you. If the size you need isn't in stock they may have to be made to order. Please expect up to 10-15 working days for made to order sets to be made and dispatched.

Please be aware that if you need to exchange the nails you are required to pay for the delivery fees.

Please carefully read the SIZE GUIDE page before choosing your size to avoid having to exchange.
